Frans Pollux and Lex Uiting with Metropole Orkest

In an evening-filling show, Frans and Lex sing their greatest hits with the Metropole Orchestra. A theatre performance with personal stories about life, Limburg and the songs.

‘This is really a childhood dream come true, I have been a fan all my life!’ says Lex Uiting, who became a member of a harmony orchestra at a young age as a trombonist. ‘The fact that my songs are now going to be arranged and performed by an orchestra of this calibre is the musical holy grail for me.’ Frans Pollux never blew, ‘but I listened to Glenn Miller as a child. That swing, that feeling of liberation, that is all ingrained in that Metropole.’
